FACILITIES / SHIFT M&E FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and M&E systems.

* Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning, electrical and mechanical systems.

* Conduct regular inspections and attend to breakdowns and maintenance requests.

* Monitor equipment and ensure all facilities are operating safely and efficiently.

* Maintain proper records of maintenance works and equipment status.

* Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.

* Support daily facilities operations and respond to urgent maintenance issues.

Requirements

* Experience in Aircon, M&E, Electrical or Building Maintenance preferred.

* Able to perform troubleshooting and basic repair works.

* Willing to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required.

* Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
