Civil & Structural Engineer

Job Summary

You will manage all project phases for civil, structural, and infrastructure engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and quality standards while coordinating teams and communicating effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project stages including study, planning, designing, tendering, construction inspection, administration, and commissioning for civil, structural, and infrastructure projects such as pipelines, sewers, drainage, pumping stations, reservoirs, and roads
• Coordinate project activities and follow up to ensure completion on schedule and within budget, preventing cost overruns
• Prepare preliminary and detailed designs along with design calculations to meet project requirements
• Review and maintain project documentation to comply with company quality standards
• Communicate proactively with project teams and clients to provide clear updates, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
• Conduct site inspections to verify that site staff supervise work effectively and monitor progress accurately
• Participate actively in all project-related meetings to support project goals and stakeholder alignment
