Job Summary

RDIVC is seeking a highly driven Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and manage relationships with influencers, finance educators, content creators, and affiliates across global markets. This role requires someone who stays ahead of social media trends, understands digital culture, and can execute impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across global markets
• Source, negotiate contracts, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate multiple influencer marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI to optimize future marketing efforts
• Stay updated with current social media trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives
• Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with branding standards and financial marketing regulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience managing multiple influencers and executing influencer marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital culture
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or related roles
• Experience in Forex or FinTech industries is an advantage
