Develop and implement a materials sourcing strategy that supports the company’s business objectives for the assigned area.

Source seasonal design requirements from suitable vendors and provide creative sourcing solutions when requests fall outside the brand’s existing sourcing and pricing strategy.

Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual sales quotas for assigned regions and territories, and projecting sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.

Implement national sales programmes by developing and executing field sales action plans.

Regularly monitor competitors and aspirational brands to understand market positioning, trends, fabric developments, and pricing levels.

Contribute to overall team objectives and support related business initiatives as required.

Develop and execute plans to achieve divisional and individual sales targets in alignment with company sales policies and strategies.

Maintain accurate data on partners, accounts, and sales activities, and document customer interactions.

Prepare and submit sales, market, and performance reports as required.
