DfMA BIM Modeller - Prefab MEP

Job Overview:

Join our team to revolutionize construction with advanced BIM technologies. As a DfMA BIM Modeller – Prefab MEP, you'll develop and optimize BIM models for prefabricated MEP systems, ensuring smooth collaboration between design, engineering, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 BIM Model Development, Coordination & Data Management

• Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools.
• Integrate prefabrication needs, perform clash detection, and resolve conflicts early.
• Update BIM models based on design changes and site feedback.
• Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and shop drawings for MEP prefabrication.
• Standardize BIM libraries and processes for efficient project delivery.

🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support for resolving BIM-related issues.
• Work with teams to optimize models for fabrication and ensure smooth workflows.

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Generate progress reports and provide updates on model status and coordination.

Qualifications & Experience
✔ NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.
✔ BIM software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
✔ Knowledge of MEP systems is preferred.
✔Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination is a plus.
✔ BCSS certification is preferred.
✔ Fresh graduates are welcomed.
