Inventory Executive

We are looking for an proactive, detail-minded professional to bridge purchasing, sales, and logistics teams. You will play a vital role in balancing supply and demand while managing our system-wide data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and update inventory data in the system e.g., stock levels, stock adjustments promptly and correctly.
  
• Data verification with internal team and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy. Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize errors and loss.
  
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and excess stock
  
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply and demand.
  
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.
  
• Generate regular inventory reports, summarizing key metrics (e.g., stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates).
  
• Identify and analyse trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and support decision-making.
  
• Administrative Export Duties support, i.e., billing and documentations follow up.
