Accounts Executive (3 days per week / West) [EL]

Working Arrangement: Part-time, 3 days per week.

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s accounting and operational activities.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, purchase orders and other accounting documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Excel and the company’s accounting system.
• Review supplier documents and verify the accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Check shipping and operational documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and operational records in the company’s shared drive.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and the preparation of management reports.
• Assist with year-end reporting and audit requirements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
