Join a growing F&B company passionate about delivering exceptional coffee and customer experiences. We are looking for a Barista who enjoys crafting quality beverages, engaging with customers, and contributing to an exciting café environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, specialty brews, tea, and other beverages to company standards.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and efficient service during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Participate in beverage development, seasonal drink creation and recipe standardisation.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimise wastage.
• Assist with stock replenishment and support daily café operations.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Barista or café experience.
• Able to prepare espresso-based beverages independently.
• Familiar with espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality and customer service.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working weekends, Public Holidays and rotating shifts.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• 44 hours per week
• Rotating shifts based on operational requirements
