🏭 Production Operator | Marsiling | Gross Up to $2,160 + AWS + Bonus

We are hiring Production Operators for ongoing permanent openings with a well-established manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production duties
• Inspect and sort products according to established quality standards
• Report product defects and quality issues to the supervisor
• Rework products according to instructions when required
• Ensure proper packaging, identification and segregation of products
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and workstation cleanliness
• Meet assigned production and quality targets
• Follow workplace safety and cleanroom procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• Good eyesight and attention to detail for product inspection
• Able to understand basic work and safety instructions
• Willing to perform overtime when operationally required
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
• Able to wear cleanroom attire, including smock, hairnet, mask and shoe covers
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not compulsory
• Training will be provided

Working Hours and Salary

A Shift – Morning

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Sunday off
• Basic Salary: S$1,900 per month
• Attendance Allowance: S$100 per month
• Shift Allowance: S$2 per eligible working day
• Estimated Gross Salary: Up to S$2,052 per month

B Shift – Afternoon

• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Saturday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Sunday off
• Basic Salary: S$1,900 per month
• Attendance Allowance: S$100 per month
• Shift Allowance: S$5 per eligible working day
• Estimated Gross Salary: Up to S$2,130 per month

C Shift – Night

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Saturday and Sunday off
• Basic Salary: S$1,800 per month
• Attendance Allowance: S$100 per month
• Shift Allowance: S$10 per eligible working day
• Estimated Gross Salary: Up to S$2,160 per month

Estimated gross salaries are based on applicable attendance and shift allowances and may vary according to actual eligible working days.
