About this job

We are seeking a Dealer Sales Development Senior Consultant (Training Consultant) to join our team based in Singapore. This role is responsible for the deployment and implementation of Dealer Sales & Leadership Development Processes to improve dealer salesforce commercial skills, dealer leaders’ skills and the dealers’ L&D organizations and learning effectiveness. You will support Dealer of the Future efforts to drive consistent, differentiated customer experiences and build dealer sales force capabilities aligned to segment growth priorities. You will also collaborate closely with the Commercial Learning team within Global Commercial Talent Development.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Be primary point of contact in their region for dealers, District Industry and DSD teams for Sales & Leadership training
  • Develop framework and execution plan for sales cap&cap growth. Connect to business to measure effectiveness and impact. Lead sales rep and leadership planning in collaboration with region and district offices
  • Promote commercial training modules, courses and programs to dealers and regional & district teams; ensuring that courses and materials are relevant to dealers' needs and processes. Will engage primarily with dealer sales management, L&D and/or HR managers.
  • Manage intake of dealer/district training requests for defined territory.
  • Be knowledgeable of all Industry teams’ product training strategies, resources & contacts.
  • Gather regional dealer feedback andprovide these insights to the Global Commercial Learning team to identify needs, gaps and improvement opportunities to ensure success of the training program.
  • Be knowledgeable of Sales &Leadership competency models, assessment tools, learning solutions and learning platforms.
  • Assess dealers’ salesforce learning and development capability & advise dealers on key improvement areas.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Customer-Centric &Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong customer focus with experience understanding business needs and translating them into practical learning and development initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Experience managing training operations, learning programs, competency frameworks, assessments, and learning platforms. Knowledge of adult learning principles, training effectiveness measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Project & Change Management: Strong prioritization, scoping, and workstream management capability. Demonstrated experience leading process improvements and change adoption.
  • Communication, Analysis & Problem Solving: Excellentpresentation, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to collect feedback, analyze data, identify capability gaps, and implement solutions that drive business performance and sales effectiveness.
  • Personal Attributes: Self‑starter with strong ownership; able to work independently or collaboratively. Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in afast‑paced environment.

Top Candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales
  • Enablement, Commercial Training, Learning & Development, Sales Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience working withdealer/distributor networks, channel sales organizations, or largeregional/global organizations.
  • Experience delivering training programs across multiple countries, cultures, or regions.
  • Familiarity with sales competency models, leadership development frameworks, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • High intellectual curiosity to learn, engage with people and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language is an added advantage (as this role will cover China dealers as part of theportfolio)

Additional Info:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required (may increase to 75% during peak months).
  • This position requires working onsite five days a week.
