Production Adoption Consultant

What You Will Do: ​

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Cat AI Assistant capabilities, use cases, roadmap, and business applications across Cat Digital Ecosystem.
• Lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for Cat AI Assistant across the APD region.
• Partner with Digital Adoption teams, dealers, and customers to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases and adoption opportunities.
• Design and deliver demonstrations, onboarding, enablement, training, and change management programs that accelerate adoption and business value realization.
• Drive internal AI adoption within Adoption Team through education, coaching, and best-practice sharing.
• Gather customer and dealer feedback, monitor adoption metrics and business outcomes, and communicate field insights to influence product enhancements and future capabilities.
• Collaborate with product owners andcross-functional stakeholders to align on product capabilities, launches, andadoption priorities.
• Develop scalable playbooks, best practices, success stories, and communication materials to support regional deployment and capability building.
