Client Advisor - FASHION / JEWELLERY / LUXURY - S$3500 + commission

A prestigious luxury brand is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive boutique sales performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate luxury retail professional to build strong client relationships, develop a loyal clientele, and represent the brand with professionalism and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised and exceptional client experiences throughout the sales journey.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling and clienteling.
• Build and nurture long term relationships with local and international clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of VIP and high net worth clients.
• Provide expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations across jewellery and fashion collections.
• Proactively engage clients through appointments, follow ups, outreach, and CRM activities.
• Support boutique events, launches, and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and service excellence.
• Support daily boutique operations including stock management, replenishment, and after sales service.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within jewellery, watches, fashion, or other premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clienteling and relationship management skills with an existing client network preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about luxury, fashion, jewellery, and delivering exceptional service.
• Well groomed, confident, and commercially driven.
• Customer focused with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
