Full-Stack Developer - Contractor - $7000

Join as a Full-Stack Developer / Support Specialist to lead IT projects, develop scalable web applications, and provide L2/L3 application support ensuring system stability and efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project lifecycles by managing vendor relationships, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and communicating progress to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Architect and maintain frontend components using Astro.js, React.js, and Vue.js to deliver responsive user interfaces.
• Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js and TypeScript to support scalable application workflows.
• Implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes.
• Provide L2/L3 application support by troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and deploying hotfixes to maintain production system stability.
• Utilize project tracking tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Asana to monitor progress and coordinate team activities.
• Apply Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration and deployment.
• Communicate effectively and lead cross-functional tasks balancing strategic planning, coding, and troubleshooting in a dynamic environment.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to support iterative development and project governance.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage multitasking across diverse responsibilities.
