Delivery Driver

· Prepare, pack, load and unload products on the delivery vehicle according to company’s specifications.

· Ensure that items are properly stacked and secured inside the delivery vehicle.

· Ensure that appropriate and complete documentation is available at the time of loading.

· Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes and time schedule.

· Collect items/orders from outlets or customers as assigned.

· Ensure that the delivery schedule is followed.

· Ensure that delivery receipts are signed.

· Maintain ongoing communication with the Logistics and Warehouse team.

· Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods.

· Ensure that both general and preventative maintenance measures are performed on the vehicle (e.g. checking fluid levels, fuel, cleaning, etc.).

· Assist to arrange and put stock and items away in accordance with the Company’s procedures.

· Assist with the general Warehouse functions and operations.

· To perform routine and ad-hoc stock checks as required.

· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
