Job Summary

You will manage tender preparation, project documentation, and client contractual issues while supporting sales and site requirements. You will also create and modify design drawings to meet client needs and ensure timely project progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stone layout montages and technical drawings based on project requirements and customer specifications.
• Produce and update AutoCAD drawings based on site measurements and approved dimensions.
• Assist the Sales team in issuing work orders, preparing quotations, invoices, and related project documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project requirements and resolve commercial or contractual matters.
• Process and verify contractor claims, variation orders, and payment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and documentation for internal reference and project tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support project costing and quantity take-offs where required.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microsoft Office applications
