Senior Quantity Surveyor (Iconic Mega Mixed Development project)

Join a reputable A1 main contractor renowned for delivering some of Singapore's most prominent and large-scale developments. They are currently seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors/Quantity Surveyors to support a flagship mega-development project. Successful candidates will enjoy a 5-day work week, competitive performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to landmark projects, with positions available at both the corporate office and project sites across Singapore

What you will do

• Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying and commercial activities for the assigned construction project.
• Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, cost estimates and subcontract packages.
• Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.
• Manage progress claims, variations, payment certifications and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow to ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Identify potential commercial risks and provide timely recommendations to the Project Manager and management team.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

What you will need

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, cost control and variation management.
