Senior QS/ Contracts Manager

We are partnering with an established construction company to look for experienced Quantity Surveyor / Contracts professional to join their project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and subcontract administration, including variations and claims.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
• Prepare progress claims and supporting documentation.
• Review and negotiate variation orders and contractual claims.
• Handle subcontractor-related contractual matters and negotiations.
• Maintain contract records, correspondence and supporting documentation.
• Support final accounts and project closeout activities.
• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims and variation management.
• MRT/infrastructure experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational and negotiation skills.
