Sales Coordinator (Loyang/ Up to $4,500)

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and complaints through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, service charges, and process job orders accurately.
• Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate customer service requests.
• Liaise with service engineers, subcontractors, customers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure services are completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain and update service records, reports, customer feedback, and documentation in the system.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on service outcomes to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare service requests, purchase orders, shipping documentation, and related administrative records.
• Coordinate project and service work schedules for service personnel.
• Raise purchase requisitions for materials, accessories, installation items, and spare parts required for projects and service jobs.
• Handle equipment warranty claims and related documentation.
• Support customer audits, inspections, and requests for supporting documents.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements, equipment upgrades, and process improvements to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE N-Level, O-Level, or A-Level qualification with 3 to 4 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar coordination role; or Diploma in Business Administration with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using NetSuite is an added advantage.
