Sales Manager (12 Months Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share in Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners in the electronics industry.
• identify new business opportunities and develop new customers to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the sales process from customer development and quotation through negotiation and order follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth communication and execution of business activities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market updates, and business reports to management.
• Travel within Southeast Asia as required to visit customers and support business development activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management with Min 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electronics components or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and experience working with customers in the region.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.
