Marketing Manager – Exhibition & Guest Experience

⏰ Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (Oct 2026 – Jul 2027)

💵 Salary: $4000 - $5000 / month

The role will support and lead marketing activations and partnerships for a themed exhibition, with a strong focus on campaign execution, events, stakeholder management and partner collaboration.

You will play an integral role in planning, organising and executing marketing activations, including on-ground event hospitality, marketing activities, and creative approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning: Plan and develop event activations aligned with business and brand objectives.

• Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and events with internal teams, clients, partners and vendors, across digital and offline channels.

• Project Implementation: Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver campaign solutions and event requirements on time.

• Creative Management: Review creative proposals and manage internal approval processes.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, partners and vendors while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Social media: Work with the Marketing Coordinator on social media planning and content execution.

• Operations: Ensure smooth event execution, including vendor coordination, handovers, documentation and timely deliverables.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business ora related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event, experiential or retail marketing; agency experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing clients, partners, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Strong skills in campaign planning, event execution and creative asset management.
• Strong project and event management skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, energetic, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
• Able to work on-site for event coverage, including weekends and evenings when required.
