Head Coach, Tennis

We are looking for a head coach to spearhead our coaching academy in Singapore. Operating from private condo courts and public courts, the head coach will be tasked with running various group and private classes. While helping to manage a team of coaches doing the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group tennis coaching sessions.
• Coach stroke techniques, footwork, court movement, and match strategy.
• Assess player performance and provide feedback.
• Track player progress and prepare players for recreational or competitive play.
• Conduct proper warm-up, conditioning, and injury prevention activities.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and professional coaching environment.

Requirements

• Former professional or competitive tennis player. Must be registered and certified by the Professional Tennis Registry.
• Relevant ITF or equivalent coaching certification.
• At least 1 to 3 years of coaching experience preferred.
• Experience coaching beginner to intermediate players.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, positive, and motivating coaching style.
