Portal Webmaster / Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the migration of content and data from SharePoint2016/2019 (on-premises) to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in migrating documents, lists, and libraries from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online.
• Validate migrated content for accuracy, completeness, and structure.
• Assist in populating content from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online.
• Maintain folder structures, metadata, and permissions during migration.
• Perform post-migration checks to ensure no data loss or corruption.
• Identify and flag missing files, broken links, or inconsistencies.
• Track migration progress in spreadsheets or tracking tools.
• Document issues, resolutions, and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to project leads.
• Work closely with IT teams and project managers.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Basic HTML Knowledge.
• 1-2 years experience in website administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Will be added advantage if you have exposure to SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Prem and familiarity with SharePoint (basic navigation).

This is a 1 year contract (renewable)
