LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• Coordination of cargos and managed shipments regional particularly Vietnam
• Handling Forwarders and Managing all logistics operations requirements
• Resolve issues pertaining all logistics operations
• Manage transportation and delivery schedules
• Prepare shipping and logistics documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters
• Monitor inventory and warehouse operations
• Handle delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies
• Negotiate or coordinate freight and transportation arrangements
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customs/shipping requirements
• Monitor logistics costs and identify ways to improve efficiency to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse, or operations
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, collections, and transportation
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with logistics documents such as Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software
• Experience using ERP (Epicor) is an advantage
• Able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines
