Retail Assistant (Pharmacy)

• Support daily retail pharmacy operations, including opening procedures and ensuring systems and equipment are ready for use.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service while managing queues and helping to minimise patient waiting times.
• Operate the cashier and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Promote ongoing retail promotions and recommend suitable products to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming retail environment.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish products, and ensure merchandise is properly stored and maintained.
• Receive incoming goods and assist with stock transfers between retail outlets.
• Support regular stock counts, inventory checks, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and perform data entry using SAP.
• Assist with filing, documentation, and preparation of regular sales and inventory reports.
• Support the onboarding and orientation of new team members on retail processes and workflows.
• Assist with staff briefings and support continuous improvement activities within the retail pharmacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• GCE N/O Level

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
