Just called to the Singapore Bar and wondering where to begin?

If you’re keen to build a career in Conveyancing & Property Law, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

We’re looking for a Legal Associate to join our team. Freshly called lawyers and candidates with little or no conveyancing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters most to us is your attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in conveyancing. You’ll receive hands-on training, guidance and mentorship from experienced lawyers as you develop your skills and confidence.

What You’ll Get to Learn

• Gain hands-on exposure to residential and commercial conveyancing matters
• Work on property transactions from start to completion
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts and correspondence
• Liaise with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and assist with conveyancing matters
• Learn the practical aspects of property law beyond what is taught in law school
• Gradually take ownership of your own matters with guidance from senior lawyers

What We’re Looking For

• Singapore-qualified Advocate & Solicitor
• Newly called or 0–2 years PQE
• Strong interest in building a career in conveyancing/property law
• Positive learning attitude and willingness to be mentored
• Good drafting, communication and organisational skills
• Meticulous, responsible and committed to delivering quality work
• Able to work independently while being a good team player
