We’re looking for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and lead a small team across various sites islandwide. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality service, safety and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise cleaning crew for daily, ad-hoc and periodic jobs
• Perform hands-on cleaning and ensure high hygiene standards
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor machines, carpet extractors and high-pressure washers
• Assign and coordinate duties for the team
• Monitor work quality and ensure required cleaning standards are met
• Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure the team follows proper safety practices
• Drive the company vehicle to various locations islandwide
• Perform other duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence
• Prior cleaning experience is an advantage
• Good service attitude with strong attention to cleanliness
• Safety-conscious and responsible
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable leading and managing a small team
