Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (Up to $6,500 / 5 days)

Job Title: Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (ID6009)
Location: Singapore (Site-based)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $4,500 – $6,500

Responsibilities:
-Manage contract administration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
-Handle procurement, quotations, cost comparison, and budgeting
-Prepare and assess progress claims, variation orders, and payments
-Monitor and report project financial performance and cost status
-Review architect instructions and evaluate cost/time impact
-Coordinate site activities and attend project meetings
-Perform quantity measurement and prepare monthly reports
-Manage final accounts and project cost settlement
-Supervise and mentor junior staff
