Country Head of Sales (Engineering)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Singapore sales organisation and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, margin and market-share objectives.
• Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, partnerships and business opportunities to generate sustainable growth.
• Strengthen strategic customer relationships and position the business as a solutions-driven partner rather than a traditional material supplier.
• Lead major project pursuits, bids and tenders while ensuring strong opportunity qualification, commercial discipline and conversion.
• Coach and develop sales teams through structured training, performance management and individual development plans while building a customer-focused culture.
• Drive effective CRM adoption, pipeline management, forecasting and sales enablement tools to improve productivity, visibility and data-driven decision-making
• Monitor competitors, customer trends and market developments while partnering with Marketing on segmentation, pricing, value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of Industrial Sales experience
• Experience leading a team
• Country level role
