Assistant Operations Director (Medical Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall site operations while managing financial performance, operating costs and business unit profitability.
• Ensure production targets and customer orders are delivered on schedule while meeting cost, quality and safety requirements.
• Develop production plans and maximise manpower, equipment utilisation and plant capacity to meet business demand.
• Drive Lean practices and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, equipment, tools and overall plant efficiency.
• Maintain strong product quality standards, resolve quality issues promptly and ensure customer specifications and expectations are consistently achieved.
• Ensure site operations comply with applicable environmental, health and safety requirements while maintaining a safe and effective working environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience
• Injection Molding / Medical Manufacturing experience
