1 Year Contract AVP, HR People Operations - Employee Lifecycle #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Lead end to end employee lifecycle operations, covering onboarding, transfers, employee changes and offboarding; ensure accurate and timely delivery within service standards.
• Oversee HR operational services including employee queries, HR documentation, benefits and leave administration, HRIS records and helpdesk activities.
• Manage HR risk and governance requirements, including MAS IAC, Fit & Proper obligations, policy governance, operational risk assessments, controls and remediation tracking.
• Maintain robust process documentation, governance records and control frameworks; identify operational risks, data issues and control gaps and drive appropriate improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory reviews and risk assessments, including evidence preparation, data validation and closure of audit or remediation actions.
• Operate as the senior People Operations lead for assigned activities; guide junior team members and partner with stakeholders on HRIS enhancements, data protection, regulatory reporting and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Min. 6 to 8 years of HR Operations experience, with strong Employee Lifecycle and Risk & Governance exposure within financial services preferred.
