At Acestes Pte Ltd, we are a social enterprise dedicated to empowering local workers from lower-income families. We're looking for a recent graduate to join our mission. This isn't just a temporary internship; it's a Career Starter Programme designed to train and groom you for a full-time position as a Marketing & Sales Support Executive.

No prior corporate experience? That's okay. We provide the training, mentorship, and real-world projects to help you build a meaningful career from the ground up.

Your Role: Learn, Contribute, and Grow

You will be the engine of our marketing efforts, gaining hands-on experience in all key areas:

• Content Creation: Craft compelling stories for our social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Market Research: Help us understand our audience and competitors to find new opportunities.
• Campaign Support: Get involved in planning and running real marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Sales Support: Learn the basics of lead generation and how marketing drives business growth.
• Data & Reporting: Track how our campaigns perform and help report on what’s working.

Is This You?

• You are a recent graduate with a Diploma/Degree in any field. (Marketing, Communications, Business, or English are a plus, but not required).
• You have a way with words and can communicate clearly in English.
• You’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn how a business really works.
