Logistic Coordinator (Order Processing / Inventory | AWS | Mon-Fri, Office Hrs)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support order processing, inventory management, shipment coordination, and daily supply chain operations. You will work closely with suppliers, warehouses, customers, Finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, inventory management, and stock replenishment.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and customers.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock-taking activities.

• Prepare shipping documents, permit declarations, and respond to customs-related queries.

• Liaise with Finance on accounts payable and accounts receivable matters.

• Support customer service and supply chain operations across multiple product portfolios.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and smooth order fulfilment.

• Resolve shipment, inventory, and order-related issues when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience in order processing, inventory management, shipping, or supply chain coordination is preferred.

• Familiarity with shipping documents, permit declarations, or customs procedures will be advantageous.
