12 Months AVP, Payroll (Insurance) ($5,500-$7,000) #BYR

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, payroll validation, reconciliation and controls.
• Act as the payroll subject matter expert and manage day-to-day payroll operations and stakeholder enquiries.
• Partner with external payroll vendors and oversee service delivery, issue resolution and performance.
• Manage CPF, annual tax reporting, statutory leave claims and other payroll-related regulatory requirements.
• Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, compliance reviews and payroll documentation.
• Support expatriate, international assignment and mobility-related payroll, including split/shadow payroll where applicable.
• Drive payroll process improvements and support system implementation, testing and optimisation.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including work pass applications/cancellations, benefits administration and employee enquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Singapore payroll, tax and employment regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Strong experience independently managing end-to-end Singapore payroll.
• Good knowledge of CPF, IRAS reporting, statutory leave and payroll controls.
• Experience in payroll reconciliation, audits and handling employee payroll enquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Global mobility/international payroll experience would be an advantage.
• Financial services industry experience is preferred.
