*IMMEDIATE* 6 months Contract Executive Assistant ($5K to $5.5K) #NJA

The Job:

• Provide full managerial and administrative support of a general and confidential nature to the CFO and the wider Finance team
• Coordinate the administrative and logistics aspects of meetings
• Assist in the consolidation of agenda/materials for meetings
• Produce minutes of meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodation & support the expense claims for the CFO and Head of Real Estate Solutions
• Undertake any other function-related duties and tasks assigned
• Play key role in organization and/or coordination of events within own division as well as those that involve cross-divisional collaborations
• Assist, provide ad-hoc assistance to the other function Managers where necessary
• Liaise for the purpose of information requests, provision, event/meeting coordination & confirmation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Coordinate meetings and arrangements
• Disseminate information as requested

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of secretarial experience with senior management
• Excellent Computer literacy, MS Office skills
