About this job
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company’s facilities and premises.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security and other facility-related services.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers to arrange maintenance and repair works.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities, equipment and common areas are properly maintained.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, service contracts and related expenses.
- Attend to facility-related issues and coordinate timely rectification works.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, building regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports and facility-related documents.
- Assist in managing office and facility requirements, including utilities, equipment and general supplies.
- Support management in improving facility operations, cost efficiency and workplace conditions.
