Production Operator (Central Kitchen) (Part Time/Full Time)

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operators to support daily central kitchen operations. This entry-level role is perfect for those who want to gain hands-on experience in the culinary industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and company quality standards.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times.

• Assist with packaging and organizing meals for delivery.

• Record daily work using the assigned format.

• Carry out production and record-keeping in assigned section:

  Washing, cutting, cooking, and cooling vegetables

  Cooking and cooling menu items

  Weighing and storing seasonings

  Preparing and storing meat and fish

  Plating and packing dishes

• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate preferred. Sponsorship available for candidates without one.

• No prior experience required — training will be provided.

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Open communication with team members and supervisors

• Escalate issues, report accurately, and ask questions when unclear.
