1 Year Contract Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services (Onboarding / Offboarding) #HZTK

Location: West
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Team Lead in HR policies, processes, programmes, and administrative activities.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and employees to provide effective HR support.
• Administer and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support a smooth onsite experience for new hires and leavers.
• Ensure HR processes comply with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Complete HR activities within established SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate HR systems, records, and employee data.
• Handle confidential HR information with discretion.
• Support process improvements and other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable handling large amounts of data.
