Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours
Location: Tanjong Pagar

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative and operational activities.
• Support the implementation of programmes and projects, including coordinating applications, submissions, approvals, and related documentation.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within the required timelines.
• Consolidate, maintain, and update data, records, and dashboards for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior administrative, coordination, project support, or data management experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and administrative records.
