Project Control Assistant

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, and maintain project information and documentation relating to quality, schedule, cost, change orders, manpower, safety, and environmental management for construction projects across Asia.
• Manage project documentation and records using MS Office and document control systems, including supporting the Integrated Management System (IMS) and related audits.
• Attend project meetings, prepare meeting materials, record and distribute meeting minutes, and track key action items and decisions.
• Compile and analyse monthly project reports covering project progress, sales/revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, safety, and environmental performance, supporting management reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with project teams, management, safety and environmental personnel, and other stakeholders to facilitate information flow, address queries, and support effective project control and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project control, document control, project administration, or a related construction environment, with exposure to quality, safety, and environmental management.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Basic understanding of project cost control, budgeting, accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong organisational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment.
• Familiarity with construction project management, industry terminology, and processes will be an advantage.
