Technical Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review and manage technical documentation, drawings, method statements and project submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on technical and project-related matters.
• Monitor project progress, technical issues and site activities to ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering, construction and site-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, safety requirements and authority requirements.
• Support project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring and coordination to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and technical reviews, identify potential issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Must be a certified Technical Controller with experience in a Class 1 General Builder company to support the company's licensing requirements.
