Job Summary
Supervise site operations, ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards to meet project schedules and specifications
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities
- Enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health practices. Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate instructions to the team
- Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
- Collaborate with site operations staff to align work progress with schedules and deadlines
- Verify that installations comply with construction drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor work progress and quality to maintain acceptable standards
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- A recognized construction-related diploma for BCA GB2 Technical Controller
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant practical construction work experience
- Possess BCSS
