Receptionist x 3

Location: Tampines / Serangoon
Salary: $15 per hour
Period: 1year start 2027
Hour: Monday - Friday (Primary school time)

• Respond to phone calls, enquiries and walk-in visitors from school community members (pupils, teachers, school staff) and external parties(parents, vendors, public)
• Facilitate communication between parents, vendors and school staff
• Manage incoming deliveries, collections, documents and communications
• Ensure accurate and timely packing and distribution of items
• Attend to unwell/injured pupils in the sick bay and arrange parent pickup
• Coordinate early dismissal and manage lost and found items
• Maintain and update data / documents
• Coordinate with security personnel on visitor arrivals
• Manage vendor access
• Maintain confidentiality of all school and pupil

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (minimally both Word and Excel)
• Proficient in the use of email communication, particularly with Google Mail (Gmail)
