About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services to join the Onboarding & Offboarding Team.

In this role, you will support the delivery of consistent, accurate and timely HR Shared Services. You will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth employee onboarding, offboarding and onsite HR activities, ensuring a positive experience for both new hires and departing employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and staff to provide effective and value-adding HR services and support.

• Diploma in Human Resource of similar field of studies.
• Prior internship in HR will be advantageous
