BMS Project Manager

About the role

Measurement & Verification Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BMS Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in the Jurong East West Region. This is a strategic position within our Project Management division, where you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects. As BMS Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is integral to our business operations and directly impacts client satisfaction and company profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all aspects of BMS project delivery from inception through to completion

• Manage project budgets, costs and financial forecasting to ensure projects remain within approved parameters

• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones and resource allocation schedules

• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment and services in line with contract specifications and company standards

• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment

• Monitor project progress and performance against agreed KPIs, identifying and mitigating risks proactively

• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, terms and conditions

• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify work meets specifications and safety standards

• Document project activities, maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders

• Lead problem-solving initiatives to address project challenges and implement corrective actions

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years' experience in BMS project management or related construction/MEP project delivery roles

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget in the construction or building services sector

• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, HVAC systems and building automation technologies

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera, BIM platforms)

• Excellent contract management skills with ability to interpret and apply contractual terms effectively

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing multiple stakeholders

• Solid numerical and analytical skills with ability to manage project financials and budgets

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage complex project challenges independently

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualifications are advantageous.
