We Are Currently Looking for A Full-Time Technical Project Manager (Onshore) To Support Our Project for An Engagement Period. The Resource Will Be Responsible in Ensuring Successful Execution of Key Project Objectives with the Following Scope:
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Management
- Lead and Manage the End-To-End Delivery Of Digital and Technology Projects, From Project Initiation And Planning Through Implementation and Post-Production Support.
- Establish Project Plans, Milestones, Deliverables, Dependencies, Resource Requirements and Governance Structures.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Coordinating And Aligning Expectation with Stakeholders and Development Team.
- Facilitate Communication and Alignment Across Business Users, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Infrastructure/Cloud Teams, Vendors and Senior Management.
Managing Project Timelines and Risks
- Develop and Maintain Detailed Project Schedules, Milestones, Dependencies And delivery Plans.
- Identify Potential Project Risks, Issues, Assumptions, And Dependencies Early and Establish Appropriate Mitigation Plans.
Business Requirement Gathering and AnalysisFor Development
- Work Closely With Business Stakeholders To Understand and Document Business Requirements, User Needs, Functional Requirements and Technical Considerations.
- Facilitate Requirement-Gathering Workshops And Translate Business Needs Into Clear requirements For Development Teams.
Roles AndResponsibilities
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technology and web application projects, preferably involving public-facing websites or digital platforms.
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, infrastructure/cloud teams, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors.
- Good understanding of web application architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and technology dependencies.
- Experience coordinating Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities, including security testing planning, vulnerability remediation, retesting, and security sign-off.
- Good understanding of web application security and common vulnerabilities, including familiarity with OWASP Top 10.
- Ability to manage and track security vulnerabilities and remediation activities across development, infrastructure, and external vendors to ensure timely closure before production deployment.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, digital platforms, customer journeys, and digital experiences.
- Hands-on experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, project planning, risk management, issue management, stakeholder management, UAT, and go-live planning.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
