Guest Relationship Executive

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Guest Relations

team member to support our daily breakfast operations.

Your Role
• Warmly welcome and greet hotel guests arriving for breakfast
• Assist with guest verification and breakfast entitlement
• Manage seating arrangements and guest flow during busy periods
• Escort guests to their tables and assist with general enquiries
• Communicate special requests to the service and culinary teams
• Check on guests and ensure a pleasant breakfast experience
• Assist in resolving simple guest concerns professionally
• Support the restaurant team where required

What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, cheerful and approachable personality
• Confident in communicating with guests
• Service-oriented and well-groomed
• Punctual and comfortable with early morning shifts
• Able to work in a fast-paced breakfast environment
• Hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
• Students, homemakers and candidates looking for regular morning part-time work are welcome

Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Employment: Part-Time
Location: Bugis
