HR Business Partner (West, Educational Institute)

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to partner senior leaders and HR teams to drive people strategies, talent management and key HR initiatives across the educational institute.

• Basic up to $7,000 per month + AWS + VB
• Boon Lay MRT
• 3-year contract, subject to renewal
• Mon - Fri, office hours

What to expect:

• Support stakeholders across the full spectrum of HR functions, providing advice on policies, employment legislation, talent and performance management, recruitment, rewards and employee engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders to implement key people initiatives, including manpower and budget planning, employee engagement, people development and change management.
• Advise stakeholders on HR policy changes and ensure effective implementation of HR strategies across assigned business units.
• Support HR operations including talent search, staff appointment/re-appointment, onboarding and offboarding matters in collaboration with Shared Services.
• Coordinate and manage academic HR exercises including promotion exercises.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of HR experience and good knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour Laws.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Resourceful and possess strong initiative to drive changes.
