Senior HR & Admin Executive

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR& Admin Executive to support the full spectrum of human resources andadministrative functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Managerand internal departments to ensure smooth daily HR operations, accurate payrolland statutory submissions, and compliance with Singapore employmentregulations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills / MS Office
• Service oriented with experience in the service sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, in coordination with relevant managers.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Singapore Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to mitigate legal risks.
• Develop, implement, and update fair HR policies and procedures to optimize HR operations and ensure employee compliance.
• Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
• Administer employee leave and attendance, including leave entitlements, applications, supporting documents and approvals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience (experience in the service/hospitality sector is advantageous).
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and Ministry of Manpower regulations would be advantageous.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM
