Shipping & Order Processing Administrator #JTL

• Manage and prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions and related documents.
• Handle import documentation and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
• Prepare and coordinate cross-trade / transshipment documentation for international shipments.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely documentation throughout the order fulfilment cycle.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and logistics partners to monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues.
• Follow up on shipping schedules, documentation requirements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and relevant trade/shipping regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the shipping, logistics and supply chain functions.
• Identify potential delays or discrepancies and take timely action to ensure smooth order and shipment execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, order processing, logistics or supply chain administration.
• Familiarity with import, export and cross-trade/transshipment documentation.
• Able to start work on a short notice
