Senior SAP RTR Consultant

### KeyResponsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Record to Report processes including general ledger, cost center/profit center accounting, program/project costing, asset accounting, and financial close.
- Configure SAP FI/CO functionality within an S/4HANA landscape, including New Asset Accounting and Universal Journal.
- Design solutions for program-based cost accounting, contract costing (e.g.,cost-plus, fixed-price government contracts), and segment reporting common in aerospace and defence.
- Support integration between finance/controlling processes and supply chain, manufacturing/MRO, and OTC functions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, and reports.
- Support statutory and management reporting requirements, including compliance with government cost accounting standards where applicable.
- Support data migration, cutover, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and hypercare activities.
- Deliver end-user training and documentation for RTR processes.

### Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience working as an SAP functional consultant, with dedicated experience in SAP FI/CO / Record to Report processes.
- Minimum 10 years of experience specifically within the aerospace and defence industry, with strong understanding of program/project accounting, government contract cost accounting, and regulatory financial reporting.
- Proven experience on at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, cost/profit center accounting, project/program costing, asset accounting, and period-end close processes.
- Familiarity with government cost accounting standards (e.g., CAS/FAR orequivalent) as they relate to system configuration and reporting.
- Experience integrating finance and controlling processes with supply chain, manufacturing, and sales modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience); professional accounting qualification is a plus.

### Preferred Qualifications

- SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) or Controlling (CO).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal, Central Finance, or Group Reporting.
- Prior experience with aerospace/defence OEMs, government contractors, or program-based manufacturing environments.
